Through this game, the people get more comfortable with each other and a flexible and dynamic environment is created.

Instructions:

  • You have to first design the bingo cards on your computer. The cards should have equal number of squares as the number of players. You can make the game very interesting by adding different personality traits of players to the squares. These traits can be like “ plays the harmonica”, “ambitious”, etc. the goals can be identical because you need the quality traits to be filled up for all the players. You can also have more fun by calling out the personality trait of a certain person than calling his name. You can also add various questions on the cards which the players will have to answer.
  • You have to then print the cards on the printer paper that is white. Printing them on a heavy paper is very good idea as the cards become very durable.
  • Each person should be given a card and a marker. The main idea is to get everyone’s signature on the cards.
  • A time gap of 10 to 30 minutes should be given for filling up the card. The time gap that you give should depend on the size of the group. Make sure that you give enough time for everyone to become friendly but allowing time gap more than that will make the players divide into small groups. There will be no healthy mixing.
